https-finder 0.87 wants to re-add already-existing rules #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit a page the rule for which https-finder already added in the past. 
2. Https-finder will prompt to add the rule again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't expect to be prompted to save the same rule again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.87 on Firefox 20.0

Comments: Why doesn't https-finder have an option to automatically add rules 
and never prompt whether I want to add a rule?

It ended up being that HTTPS Everywhere was disabled for some reason. Enabling 
it fixed this issue and has sped up browsing, too! Thanks!
