Doesn't seem to work with Firefox 22 #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
For example
1. I go to dy.fi, which is a Finnish Dynamic DNS service. I'm sure HTTPS Finder
has been able to detect SSL connection before on that site.
2. HTTPS Finder doesn't seem to look for SSL connection
3. It stays on HTTP site, not showing any info about HTTPS connection being
found.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 22, Windows 8 x64
HTTPS Finder 0.87

Could it be that something has broken in the last two versions?

Just want to confirm that I'm also having issues with this. Tested by
downgrading to FF 20 and it does indeed give a prompt to switch to https and
another prompt for saving the rule to HTTPS Everywhere.

Opening Firefox 22 or Aurora results in the page not giving a prompt at all.
With automatically switch to https enabled the site will also not automatically
switch. Seems completely broken unless you downgrade to Firefox 20.

Getting that out of the way after toying with it in Firefox 20 I must say that
this add-on is a wonder. I can only hope for Firefox 22+ support.

Thanks for the reports - I know the issue with Fx22+ and will be working on a
fix over the next few days.

https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Supporting_per-window_private_browsing
- The old method was removed in version 22

i tried it and in works for ff22
but not for ff24
does Mozilla changes the addon system that much?
I come to understand why addon developers are leaving firefox

I will take a look at it again this weekend..

The constant breaking has never been this bad, but I started HTTPS Finder on
Firefox 3.5. So maybe they're now getting around to removing a lot of the api
functionality that was deprecated after I began.
