new httpseverywhere doesn't use httpsfinder rules #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.update httpseverywhere to new version 4.0development.17 and restart firefox
2.go to sites that have https
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it detects the https and prompts for redirect and save(and says overwrite too?)
but doesnt save it and doesnt load this rule later.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
last version of httpsfinder 0.91 and httpseverywhere 4.0development.17
linux 3.13

this seems t be fixed in httpseverywhere version 5.at least for me.
