What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set MPT+ to suppress MP prompt, don't log in with MP, navigate to a page
with saved password
2. after MPT+ prompt appears, log in and try to select/type in username

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Normally, Firefox will show all logins and fill in the password field if MP was
entered.
With MPT+ not all usernames are available and password field is not filled in

What Master Password+ version?
1.15.1

On what Firefox/Thunderbird version?
Fx 4

On what operating system?
Linux (Fedora 14)

Please provide any additional information below.

That is expected behavior. If you set to block MP prompts you essentially
canceling them before they appear. Once it was blocked and you clicked MP+ icon
and entered correct password you need refresh the page to get all available
logins/passwords.

That's what I thought you'd say :)
I understand that from engineering POV, it's expected -- but from end user's
POV, it's a change in behavior from default.
How about adding it in as a feature: "reload current page after entering MP"

Because there is no way of knowing (at least to me) what part of software
requested the MP input, there is no way to tell if a webpage requested it, or
another extension, or even something else who knows what...
Same goes to the infobar notification - even though it shows in currently
active tab it doesn't mean that same tab requested the MP...

All I can do is add a disclaimer explaining these little inconveniences.
