That is expected behavior. If you set to block MP prompts you essentially
canceling them before they appear. Once it was blocked and you clicked MP+ icon
and entered correct password you need refresh the page to get all available
logins/passwords.

That's what I thought you'd say :)
I understand that from engineering POV, it's expected -- but from end user's
POV, it's a change in behavior from default.
How about adding it in as a feature: "reload current page after entering MP"

Because there is no way of knowing (at least to me) what part of software
requested the MP input, there is no way to tell if a webpage requested it, or
another extension, or even something else who knows what...
Same goes to the infobar notification - even though it shows in currently
active tab it doesn't mean that same tab requested the MP...
All I can do is add a disclaimer explaining these little inconveniences.
