What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Prevents StockFox addon from displaying text
2. StockFox: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/77707/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

StockFox bar is visible but the scrolling text is not displayed

What Master Password+ version?

1.15.4

On what Firefox/Thunderbird version?

FF 3.6.17

On what operating system?

WinXP and Win7

Scrolling text as in new toolbar scrolling text? if so, it scrolls just fine on 
my test profile with both extensions enabled.
