firefox starts minimized.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch firefox. (maximized, blank tab)
2. go to a site.
3. close firefox
4. launch again.
5. firefox starts minimized. (if no site is opened works properly.)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-firefox to start as closed (minimized or maximized)
-firefox starts minimized no matter what.

What Master Password+ version?
1.16.1

On what Firefox/Thunderbird version?
7.01

On what operating system?
win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
if no site is opened works properly.

Can't reproduce.
Can you confirm this occur with no other extensions installed?
