uninstalled but still prompted for password at startup

Please provide any additional information below.

I uninstalled the addon, however, both at startup and at various times while 
thunderbird is open I get the password prompt.  I have tried changing profiles, 
switching to safe mode etc but the password prompt continues to show up.  What 
is frustrating is that master password+ does not show up in the installed 
addons!  Is there a file(s) that I can merely delete from the directory to 
clean this up?  Thank you

As long as you have master password set, you'll be asked to enter it each time 
TB starts. The only difference now is that the prompt showed AFTER TB is fully 
loaded, not before as with MP+ and "prompt at startup" activated.
If you don't enter it at that time, it will ask you again whenever it needs it 
(during email check for example). This is the exact annoyance of default TB/FF 
feature MP+ was meant to easy-up.
