Upon unlocking, toolbar buttons, links, etc. do not work.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set master password and enable auto-lock.
2. Allow MP+ to be locked (e.g., due to inactivity.)
3. Unlock by entering the master password.
4. Click on a toolbar button or a link in an email.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The action corresponding to the toolbar button doesn't happen; clicking a link 
does not open the corresponding page.

What Master Password+ version?
1.16.1

On what Firefox/Thunderbird version?
TB 8.0 & FX 9.0.1 (happens on both)

On what operating system?
Ubuntu 11.10 amd64

Please provide any additional information below.
I believe this started happening less than a month ago.

Any chances you could confirm this on a fresh profile with no other extensions?

I could not reproduce it w/ a fresh profile in Firefox or Thunderbird. Will 
report if I have more info.
