document.loadOverlay() may failed, if used in many extensions #56

I'm use http://www.mousegestures.org/download/nightly/mozgest_20120202.xpi 
(discontinued and removed from AMO, but still useful, see

And should be enabled:
Options – Windows – [v] Other windows

(But the same may happens with any other extension, I think.)

I tried attached patches (for Master Password+ 1.21.2 and Mouse Gestures Redox 
3.2pre.20120202), and seems all works: global hotkeys from MP+ and gestures.
But I don't know, how correctly detect, that overlay is loaded. :(
