After master password is entered in Gmail, a blank dropdown appears and freezes. The site is locked as is Firefox until it is restarted.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Gmail login page
2. Master Password prompt appears in center of screen. 
3. Enter master password
4. A second Master Password prompt drops down from top of page.
5. Enter master password again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
--A blank dropdown appears in the same place and same size as Master Password 
prompt. This locks Firefox. Must restart Firefox.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.13.1 on OSX 6.6

Please provide any additional information below.
--This did not happen with this add on until a recent update was installed.

Can you provide a screenshot? "blank dropdown" - what is that? there are no 
dropdowns of any kind in this extension...if you enter your master password 
correctly there shouldn't be any second master passwords prompts.
Can you reproduce the same effect if you disable this extension?
