Probably user error and not a bug :-)

I have MP+ set (at least, I think I do), to only offer this functionality:

1. Prompt for password at Nightly startup
   a. If password entered, good to go
   b. If password not entered, continue into Nightly w/o MP

2. Assuming 1b, if a subsequent webpage triggers a password, suppress prompt 
and flash MP+ lock icon (on toolbar) briefly (1 second)

No other actions to be taken by MP+ such as locking pages, timeout, etc.

All seems to be working perfectly, EXCEPT... after canceling initial password 
prompt the next prompt for password results in a bar across the page. The bar 
offers option to stop appearance during session, or can be suppressed 
permanently in options.

Somehow I am unable to find that option.

I only wish for lock icon on toolbar to flash briefly when a password prompt is 
blocked.  But cannot find out how to set this this option.

I hope this is simple user misunderstanding which of course is the easiest 
issue to fix :-)

I checked all the tabs, not just the prompt tab. I guess I'm still having user 
error! See attached.  Thank you.

Not a user error. It seems to be a bug affecting only FF v29.0a1 (nightly)

In the mean while try set extensions.masterPasswordPlus.suppresspopup to false 
(via about:config)
