Forgot password #82

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open mozilla and it will ask for password.
2.I have forgotten password.
3.There is no option for recover/forgot password.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be any way to reset password

What Master Password+ version?
Firefox does not allow me to check that one. It only asks for password.

On what Firefox/Thunderbird version?
38.0

On what operating system?
Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm even unable to see my address bar. I can see only screen which is there in 
screenshot. Else I would have done chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul
