Chrome Beta Version 33 Extension Security #38

With the Chrome Beta version 33 on Windows, a new security feature blocks all 
extensions that have not been installed from the Web Store unless an unpacked 
extension is installed through developer mode.

To do this with the Steamgifts Plus extension, it must be taken from an 
existing installation and then modified slightly. I have attached a version 
that I modified myself.

Installation Instructions:  
1. Download the Zip file from above and move the folder into any location you 
like.  
2. Go the the Chrome Extensions page and tick the development mode box at the 
top of the page.  
3. Click *'Load Unpacked Extensions'* at the top of the page and find the 
Steamgifts Plus folder.  
4. Click Ok and the extension should be installed.

It's on the live browser version now too. Please, upload extension to Chrome 
Store.
