Severe lag when used with Avast #39

In the last weeks I can't use SG+ alternative anymore because of the big lag 
every time I scroll a page or click a link. Apaprently the issue is being 
caused by Avast because the lag stops when I disable the antivirus, but this 
isn't a viable solution. I'm using both the last versions of Avast and Firefox
