Randomly settings revert to older values #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Browse Steamgifts a lot
2. Eventually start seeing items that were on the filter list
3. Open settings, notice CV setting has dropped to 1000 and then check filters 
and they've all been set at the last time it appears to have saved for real.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that after importing my filters and browsing the site for several 
hours eventually my filters and changed settings would be remembered and never 
revert to those older settings.

What version of the user script are you using? On what browser(please
include version number of browser)?  Current version of the script.  FF 25.0.1 
with Greasemonkey 1.12

After the problem occurs I then have to re-import all my filters and make any 
changes again that were clearly not saved the last time I made those changes.  
This happens 1 or 2 times a day where I am forced to reset all my settings.  
They never revert to default stock settings, only to settings I had one day at 
some point when it actually saved before I had 1k in CV as the limit gets reset 
to that.

Please provide any additional information below.

Just linking in my notes that are in thread.  The above details cover it, but 
the notes show I've been having this issue even without clearing cookies/cache.

I've had it happen in between page refresh/reloads.  Filters all working good, 
reload the first page of Steamgifts and suddenly I start seeing Guardians of 
Middle-Earth stuff I know I filtered (Smaug, Warrior's, Dwarves).  Check 
filters, sure enough it is back on an old set.  Re-import, and continue.  Rinse 
and repeat 1 or 2 times a day.
