UG might need to mention past deadline could be parsed

I understand that it might be your design that a past deadline task could be added to a person.
But It is more user-friendly if you could capture this in UG. Currently, UG only has the following description about Deadline time:
DEADLINE must be in yyyy-MM-dd or yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm format.

• The issue could be replicated by using the following command:
  assigntask John Doe g/CS2103T task/TeamProject 3 w/High d/2022-01-30 23:59
