UG states that the arguments provided can be any positive integer, but the help command outputs are more specific than that.

As per user guide, any positive integer is allowed.

However in program, 10000000000000000 is a valid positive integer but it is rejected.

Perhaps your could specify the exact range for NUMBER_OF_PROBLEMS.
