RTL support and fix bugs related to autoplay #349

This is the same branch of https://github.com/YIZHUANG/react-multi-carousel/pull/347 with modifications.

  1. Add RTL support
  2. Fix passing autoplaySpeed 0 not working
  3. Fix autoplay being enabled by accident in recent versions caused by https://github.com/YIZHUANG/react-multi-carousel/pull/264
