Still some bugs in new article in frontend edit (in category listing "New" button) #19

If i create a new article in frontend edit (in category listing "New" button), the language select box has two problems:

  1. Does not auto select the current language
  2. Does not show the "All" option image

If instead of creating we edit a content, the pre-selected language is ok, but still no "All" option in language select.
