[Request] Fleet Warrior Mythic Ability #88

After reloading a Lord of Nothing save I noticed the merc I had in Dawnflower Dervish seemed to lose 5 bab. It took me a minute to figure out that the was the new implementation of Rapid Attack, which makes sense and is close to raw. However there is a pnp mythic ability that matches the old implementation and would be cool to see in WotR.

Before the last month or two, for me Rapid Attack just gave a character the ability to make a full attack or charge without reducing bab/dropping an attack at the highest bab. Could have been something changed on my end or from Owlcat tbh.
