Put CARD on Bioconductor #73

Thank you for the great package! Could you please put it on Bioconductor, so that we could add it to the online book Best Practices ST.

Thank you for your interest in our package.

We are more than willing to work on it, but please be aware that it will take some time. Could you kindly let us know if there is a preferred time for putting it online?

Thank you for your quick response! Since now we just past one submission deadline for Bioconductor new packages, the next deadline will be in half a year. However, ideally, we would like to have CARD in Bioconductor devel branch in the next 2-3 month to leave some time for it to be included in the Best Practices ST book. Does it sound feasible for you?

At the same time, I'd be happy to get this added to conda-forge so it's available there. One thing that could help for both - if you could tag a commit as a versioned release we can use that as a reference, instead of just a commit hash. Thanks!
