Hotfix copis file and visual tweaks

• Hide settings in machine toolbar
  • Rename settings_frame to machine_settings_dialog
  • machine_settings_dialog is unused currently, but has been switched to a dialog to avoid confusion
  • Resolves #39
• Hide import/export gcode in file menu
• Hide quick actions in properties panel
• Disable keyboard button in controller panel
• Disable auto scroll in controller panel
• Fix timeline panel so it shows the basic action list
• Fix gl picking pass not working properly due to camera id offset
• Sort-of implement save as to export action list
  • Used this to create test_path.copis which now imports correctly
