The loop for the top MC is unrolled so that we can prefix all instructions with '@' so they're executed only once. Once an MC runs out of instructions it acts as though it's permanently asleep but since we don't use a slp command we can save a power and achieve 57 total power consumption.
The program will not run 'infinitely' but it will work as long as it needs to to satisfy the test data.
