New solution is down to: ¥7/84/13
The one power saved is from swapping out the @ mov 1 p1 and OR gate for a dx300 and a NOT gate.
They behave exactly the same except we have to write on xbus instead of simple so the code is mostly the same except switching out p1 for x2.
