Using an SR Latch to lower power and lines of code.

Low Lines of Code: ¥8-217-7

Fairly tight loop with no jmp

Low Power: ¥8-215-8

Only difference between this and the low lines of code is an extra sleep after a reload (nothing interesting will happen for 2 ticks after a reload).
