Systems Documentation is needed.

Unlike with Code Documentation, Systems documentation pertains to documenting how certain systems work. We should document as of the time of writing, how the various simulated features of YSFlight work, ranging from Animations to Weapons systems.

As of this writing, so far we have:

• Partial Aerodynamics documentation (Thanks to @decaff42 for that!)
• Units of Measurement documentation

If anyone else can suggest subjects that are important other than the obvious ones (Animations, Weapons systems, AI, etc.), please don't hesitate to add to this issue!
