Updated to use nautical miles instead of statute #30

Updated radar to use nautical miles (switched wording to "NM instead of MILES") Updated nav window to use nautical miles on the selection menu. Not sure on wording on the nav window - have specified "nautical miles" but this is quite long winded - can change)

wow, it wasn't even an exact conversion, 1 mi is about 1609 meters.
