[FEATURE] AGM65 SAM Evasion #58

Some Addons use AGM65 missiles in an SAM role. These missiles cannot be evaded with flares. The only way to avoid being hit by the missiles is to out-range them or to put terrain between the player and the missile so that the missile hits the terrain while tracking the player.

I think it would be beneficial for game play to make it possible to evade the missile either through kinematic or flare methods. Kinematic evasion might be more beneficial as it would require more skill than just firing flares at the right time. It would require the player to begin to distinguish between missile types and add another layer to the game.

Honestly the way this has been done makes absolutely no sense at all outside of the jank mess that is YS. Not trying to lambast for trying to unfuck it, far from it, just stating that hackjob implementations not intended for use in these ways as map makers have done should.. Well, frowned upon is a harsh way of putting it, but I'd say we force all Grounds to redirect AGMs to AIM-120s and buff their (Sam launched 120s) range to compensate.
