Describe the bug In OGL2, with fog disabled, but particle clouds drawn, the clouds appear very dark. image

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Disable fog drawing
  2. Create new flight, during day
  3. Look at a cloud.

Expected behavior Clouds should render the light conditions, like they do in fog on mode.
