unarchive fails to terminate workers after they complete, chrome crashes with large number of unarchives

1. unzip a large number of files in Chrome

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Chrome 24.0.1312.52, Ubuntu 10.10

Please provide any additional information below.

Attached patch resolves the issue by terminating the workers after they 
completed.
