Turning Off Level Cap #13

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. All characters have a level cap at 20. This does not leave enough skill points to unlock everything within the skill tree. I understand that the intent is to make you pick and choose your upgrades carefully, but it would be way cooler if we could have totally maxed out characters.

Describe the solution you'd like Either increase the level cap so we can earn enough skill points for everything, or get rid of the cap entirely. I haven't done the math to figure out what a new level cap could be while allowing you to gain enough skill points to unlock everything. I'll update that at a later point.

Describe alternatives you've considered Another way to do this is to remove the point requirement to buy upgrades. I feel like this is not as fun as an idea because you don't have to work anymore to get the upgrades, which takes away the point of leveling. But it would also technically achieve the same goal.
