Premium Jack Skellington Incomplete #33

Describe Bug Premium Jack is only halfway playable. He is missing his particle effects and sound effects, and can't do some moves that were shown in the development footage video.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start game
  2. Load into Toy Box
  3. Select Premium Jack Skellington
  4. See error

Expected Behavior Jack should have particle effects, sounds, effects the like. A complete character.
