Character Issues Galore #34

Describe Bug I've noticed issues with lots of characters, specifically ones that we added in with Apolo. I'll list them here by character:

Ant-Man:

Causes game to crash
Camera gets weirdly close when shrinking
Can sometimes cause a game crash

Time:

Missing textures
Missing particle effects
Missing all audio

Mad Hatter:

Seemingly unfinished
Can't move, fight, etc.
No textures

Baloo:

Missing textures half the time
His balloon has no splash or sound effect
His balloon is always bright orange

Elsa Premium:

Will occasionally crash the game
Particle effects only appear half the time

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Start game
Load into Toy Box
Select any above character
See error

Expected Behavior These characters should all work normally. The game should not crash, at least.
