Broken Discs #4

Describe the bug Many discs have been brought over from earlier games but they are in a broken state. The 1.0 discs require balancing and the 2.0 discs require multiplier changes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start game
  2. In character selection, choose discs
  3. Play
  4. See issues

Expected behavior The 1.0 discs need to be rebalanced, and the 2.0 discs need to have their multipliers fixed.
