Carla Veloso's Eyes #9

Describe the bug It seems like for some reason Carla Veloso’s eyes don’t work properly, they're permanently closed. No other Cars characters have this issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start game
  2. Load into a Toy Box
  3. Start a race with Carla Veloso
  4. See error

Expected behavior She should be able to blink (and keep her eyes open for the majority of the time). It seems like a texture error.
