week journals page - looping create this week block again, again. #108

hi, it occur after blow commit, fix(bug): Weekly Journal, not work create page sometimes

when I click new week journal page, then create block of tag, create block of this week with 7 days. and put it again, again like while loop..

first creation is fine, but when I click anywhere, then it appear. also close and reopen that page, then infinitly looping of creation.

by the way, I'm using top of this week option.

also journal boundaries is week number is different with weekly journal. it's confusing. weekly journal's week number is collect right? but journal boundaries's week number is added one.

this week is W40 but journal boundaries is W41... confusing..

I was able to reproduce both. Fixed.
