[FEATURE REQUEST] Hook vanilla titles to show travelers-titles. #51

We use the flan mod this supports a way to display vanilla titles then you enter a claim. We show a title if you enter our city.

Now it will be awesome if we can use this mod here to show a custom title if the title text match with a config, so that its get replaced.
