What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloads gource for windows doesn't work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.42-setup.exe , 0.41-setup.exe

Please provide any additional information below.
Only can download releases from github when I'm logged in.

Seems to be working here for me when I'm not logged into github.

What happens when you click the link? What does the github page say?

Yep , problem is only on network in my company , we have mikrotik routers and 
probably he block download. 

On my mobile with mobile network I can download with same link.
