TAS editor: odd behavior with m_rawinput 0 #67

After invoking bxt_tas_edit_strafe 1 for the first time, alt-tabbing out and back into the game or switching to bxt_tas_edit_strafe 2 and back results in constant camera tilting up as if the mouse was constantly moved up, until the pause menu is opened and closed. This doesn't happen with m_rawinput 1.

I could only reproduce this on Windows, not on Linux.
