Joining team from spectator does not unpause the timer #18

Steps to replicate

  1. Go into spectate mode
  2. Bring up team menu
  3. Join a team using "red" or "blue" buttons

Expected behaviour: Timer is unpaused as player leaves spectator mode. Actual behaviour: Timer remains paused and player is able to move freely.
