Bind Mod+Touch to interactive move #794

@sodiboo brought up a good point that touch is mostly analogous to LMB, so it makes sense to bind Mod+Touch to interactive move. Then maybe bind Mod+2f-Touch to horizontal scrolling. Since these use a keyboard key, there's no conflict with regular multi-touch.
