Is possible to edit the caret background when in Vintage mode on Afterglow-Markdown? #44

When on Afterglow twilight, with highlight_line true, the vim caret has a background. Doing the same with Afterglow markdown, however, (especially when setting highlight line true), disables the background, it shows the underline only.

How to fix it? Is possible to fix it even in the main theme? Because it would be really helpfu.

Note: will be great to be able to configure the backround color for the caret as well for normal sublime editing mode (when wide carats are used).
