Add Laravel Blade icons #69

Icons only are usless, sorry :( What kind of files should have such icon? What extensions?

I've added the prefs and an example. The extension should be .blade.php, and it's for the template engine in the PHP Laravel framework.

Any chance of merging this in? A little tired of not having icons for these file types ;) Thanks
