Add fallback for Docker files to text.plain #75

This PR should fix #73 and #67, but should be tested carefully.

The problems caused by forced setting source.dockerfile scope upon opening Dockerfile, while valid source.dockerfile package were missing. Now we could fallback to simple text.plain. Icon still be displayed in the sidebar, files could be opened, but syntax highlighting will absent.

I've confirmed that this resolves both #67 and #73 for me. No issues caused by it that I can see.

+1 please merge asap. Can't even have this theme installed until this is fixed.

+1 for merging asap. Love this theme but had to stop using it because of this.
