[Thunder Force V] No sounds during the game #272

When succeeds in loading, it only shows a little sound of the background music but suddenly stops. No sounds in menu screen and in-game, no sound effects and background music but playing seems perfect. Using 0.9.14.

I tested this and the music and sound effects seem to be working correctly on the current git version.
