Certificate Issuing - Githubissues

Certificate issued once user is authenticated and user information verified:

User first logs in via web form with username and password
Username and password are verified in database
User presented information in database to verify and correct
Certificate is issued to user after information verification
User offered possibility to download the new certificate and corresponding private key, in PKCS#12 format
