Proposed Changes

Implement CustomMarshaler as a part of the translator
Optimize allocation of blittable types
Add abstraction over OpenCL device
Split ClContext into CompilationContext and RuntimeContext
Add the ability to find out the size of the NDRange from inside a kernel
