Import/Export Installer Load Order #5

Implement a way to copy/paste your package install order from the Installers tab, similar how you can do so with the mod load order. Also a way to actually save the install order, so that upon reinstall one can instantly reorder all the packages to the previous order.

Bash adds 'list packages'. This copies something like this to your clipboard:
