Changing the background of signup page and improving the U.I.

I suggest few changes . 1) change the background of your signup page and also improve the aesthetics of the signup container. It looks pretty bland , i could add few animations .

2) I could also change the ui of these buttons by adding hover and few animations.

i could work on these issues , kindly assign it to me under gssoc extd , hacktoberfest
