[BUG] Improve the text alignment in SignUp/Register page

Description

On the "SignUp/Register" page the "Sign Up" button text alignment is 'align bottom center' which doesn't look very good, it should be 'align center' like "Return Home" text alignment.

I want to change text alignment properly. @YadavAkhileshh please assign me this task.

Description

The current page lacks animation effect on Sign up page, it only change to blue color when someone hover on it, I have added 3D Hover effect on Sign Up page when someone hover on it .
